How to Order |
We accept orders by telephone, fax, email (sales@diamondsystems.com),
and U.S. Mail. Please provide billing and shipping address information, user contact information, quantity and model
number of each item ordered, requested shipping method and date (if other than same day), and resale certificate
number if ordering from within California for a non-taxable use. Diamond Systems has resellers and distributors
available in many areas of the United States and worldwide

Same Day Shipment Available |
Most of our products are available from stock for shipment in small quantities on the day of order. For large volume
OEM orders, leadtimes will apply; please call for details and scheduling requirements. Same day shipping availability
is subject to change according to payment method.

Shipping Method |
We ship FOB Mountain View, California via UPS Ground, insured, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be
prepaid and added to the invoice. On COD orders, we will calculate the total shipping charges and advise you of the
total invoice amount at the time of shipment, or if you prefer, we will calculate the total charge at the time of order.

Payment Methods |
For U.S. orders, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, check in advance or COD. Net 30 terms will be extended to
customers with approved credit; please call for requirements. For international orders, we require payment in advance
by Visa, MasterCard, wire transfer or check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. For wire transfers, a wire fee will be
added to the invoice total. Please contact us for bank information. Net 30 terms can also be extended to international
customers with approved credit history; please call for requirements. If you wish to establish credit terms, please
fill out our credit application. The credit
application will take two to three days to approve.

Diamond Systems Corporation Limited Warranty |
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Diamond Systems Corporation (DSC) warrants to the original purchaser that its
products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment.
This warranty will not apply to products that have been misused, damaged in use, or altered. DSC's obligation under
this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at its option. Any such product within the warranty period must be
returned to DSC in DSC-approved packaging with a DSC-assigned
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number referenced on the shipping document. Purchaser shall prepay
transportation to DSC's designated site. If returned products are repaired or replaced under the terms of this
warranty, DSC shall pay return transportation charges.
DSC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY
OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE
TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR
DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH DSC PRODUCTS, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE
PRODUCT. DSC SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR MAKE A
PRODUCT EXCHANGE WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR DATA STORED ON SUCH PRODUCT.
